Modernisering containerkraan Railport Brabant
Nedcranes has built a new container crane for Railport Brabant, part of GVT Group of Logistics. The project included the following activities:
- dismantling the old crane
- adjustment of track width by shortening beam from 41 meters to 27 meters
- cat has been turned around for better view on location and work
- renewal of drives
- assembly of new hoisting motors
- installation of a new electrical house
- new design and installation of electrical installation
- installation of Schneider frequency inverters with energy recuperation system
- renewal medium voltage installation (including 10 kV transformer)
- preserving the container crane
NEDCRANES takes care of:
- Performing inspections and inspections;
- Performing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repair work;
- Modernizing outdated drives and safety equipment;
- The installation again complies with the current safety standards and guidelines;
- Buying and selling used cranes;
- The supply of parts for old(er) and new crane installations of all types and brands;
- Providing advice and consultancy in the field of hoisting equipment and cranes.
