Because of nedcranes its current remote maintenance option, a malfunction is solved quikly and safely! By connecting a module in your existing logical controller, this way our service-technician will solve the malfunction remotely. This way handling malfunctions takes less time and money.
How is it implemented? The machine can be remotely monitored and analysed by integrating a module to your logical controller network. The module will be connected to an existing network because reliability and safety are crucial. Connecting through routing and NAT, with a secured VPN network. A save connection between machine and remote desktop is established.
