From Relocation to Complete Mechanical and Electrical Overhaul
For Nouryon, NEDCRANES carried out a full overhaul of a Bailey slewing grab crane. The crane was relocated from Rotterdam to Greenport Rotterdam. After disassembly and storage, our team thoroughly refurbished the crane

Project Phases:

  • Relocation & Storage: Moving the crane, disassembly, and temporary storage at the new site
  • Mechanical Overhaul: Repair and refurbishment of structural components and trolleys
  • Electrical Overhaul: Complete renewal of the electrical system
  • Modernisation: Integration of SMART components such as:
    • Human-machine interfaces
    • Dial-in modules
    • Energy regeneration back to the grid
    • Ergonomically adjustable operator seat
    • New high-voltage supply
